"I have been going to this clinic for many years. They are very consistent with effective treatments. It is difficult to feel heard in today’s health care system. It is easy to feel anonymous, like you are just another number so easily dismissed. At Cape Cod Pain, even though they have a lot of patients it never feels that way. I don’t know of any other staff that would would make a point to give a hug, and words of encouragement when you’re struggling to make sure you’re ok. Everyone in that office is amazing, they listen and do what they can for you. That is what health care should look like, treating the whole person. Pain is a complicated, personal experience. It’s about quality of life as well as quality of care, one in the same at Cape Cod Pain Management. Huge thanks to all the staff."

"Very difficult to get in touch with someone and once you do they never get back to you. I’ve once been left on held for 15 minutes while they looked for a referral and never came back to the line. Never mind the several times they never called me back when i either left a message or spoke to someone. I’ve called several times and had my pcp send several referrals, all of which were ignored. Believe the reviews, look elsewhere."

"Terrible Experience!!! The front desk person and poor excuse for an office manager were incredibly Unprofessional, Unpleasant, Unreasonable, Confrontational and Disrespectful. It seems as though they have this act down pat and have been at it for some time. I have never seen anything like it."

"This place is the most unprofessional, horribly run business and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to deal with this “doctor”. Him and his staff is rude, nobody answers the phone…EVER and nobody ever returns calls. Also there is no emergency line, THEY DON’T CARE. I was pushed onto the NP who is also unprofessional and rude along with her MA, who thinks she runs the place. He gave me wayyy more than the yearly allowance of cortisone shots cause all the money he makes off them. I had to advocate for myself to see a surgeon. By that time I need two back fusions!! I continued on their pain management although it was never being managed. Nobody cared. Loooong story short, DON’T GO! You will be treated poorly and used just for his monetary gain."
