"I went to their office for the first time earlier this month (01/24) for my first colonoscopy. I was very nervous going in, but the staff here are incredible people, they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable and they took extremely good care of me. I have to say, if you’re going in for your first colonoscopy the staff here are very skilled and very good at what they do. You will not feel a thing and it will be over before you realize it. Good luck!"
"Had my first colonoscopy today..From the moment I called to schedule an appt. Til walking out the door was a very pleasant experience especially considering the nature of these procedures..The entire staff was professional and very nice."
"My dad went to the ED for abdominal pain. Constipation was the diagnosis. He spent a week in the hospital and was discharged. During a follow-up a week later, when he complained about the severity of the existing pain, he was told it was told it was residual. After 2 months, 40 calls to the office, numerous hospital stays, Winchester Hospital was able to do the endoscopy that the office couldn't fit in their schedule for 2+ months. 2 months of severe pain with no attempt to see him in the office again. No attempt to move the endoscopy sooner. We will be finding another practice that has time for patient with real pain. 2 months of severe pain being caused by a very real tumor. If you want a practice that cares about it's patients, find different one."
"Dr. Schlossberger, the two anesthesiologists I dealt with and the three nurses that took care of me were all wonderful. For my first experience, they were all so kind and took excellent care of me. Very professional and reassuring through the whole process and afterward."
"I went to see Dr. Libby on the advice of another specialist; he is the fourth GI doc I've seen, and the best. I have an unusual, rare condition (autoimmune gastritis) and unlike the others I've seen, he was familiar with it. When I arrived, he had clearly reviewed the 14pp of documents I had faxed over. He asked useful questions, did not talk down to me about potential risks from my condition and the likelihood of those risks, and ordered a blood test which resulted in my coming in for a UGD nearly 2 years sooner than my previous GI doc had recommended to reduce the risk of a Carcinoid. I am very pleased and feel certain that I'm being well cared for!"
