"Not a scam... This company works for different hospitals. If you ever had an X-Ray done at a Lahey hospital (Winchester, Burlington, Newton etc.) that's where this charge is coming from. Not a scam at all. The statement you receive via text will even tell you what service they performed. The did an ankle x-ray for me at Winchester Hospital, it was quick and efficient and no issues."

"Received a collections notice for a workman's comp claim. NSR had all the workers comp info on day 1. I spoke to them on the phone and they still Sent me a collections notice. I would give them Zero Stars if it was an option."

"Same as everyone else. I got a TEXT MESSAGE saying I owe a bill of $30.00. Looked up the company as I have not been to any radiologist and when I try to call the phone number listed... it says the number is no longer in service. This is a scam"

"The didn’t send me a bill and took me to credit collection over a 16.58$ bill. Never will I go there again. The company probably makes make millions and are willing to not send notices then take you to collections. A simple letter would suffice, wow."
