"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Waugh and Agility Orthopedics. I had an accident and broke my right elbow in December. I went to the ER where they did the initial triage and X-rays. The first orthopedist at another practice that I saw spent all of 30 seconds with me, didn't introduce himself, told me he couldn't do anything for me even though the appointment was set with him due to the nature of my injury, and that I needed replacement or reconstructive surgery (he also would not take over my medication management or answer any questions I had about them). Their next available appointment was two weeks out. I then called Agility; they got me in right away with Dr. Waugh who not only spoke to me as a person but spent the time with me to explain my injury and the recovery process. He reviewed my medications, the recovery period and aftercare, and answered any and all questions I had. He made me feel heard and validated, and that not only am I on the road to recovery but I know what to expect - and I DO NOT need surgery after all.
