"Very nice spot very clean and professional. I went there for a fractured toe and they x rated and gave me a book while giving excellent customer service. They also walked me out opening the doors allowing for my best comfort after the diagnosis. Thank you especially to Dr. Eric ( X-ray Tech and injury specialist) who was going above and beyond with his customer service. Along with that a very nice woman was able to assist me out and in comfortably and sadly I don’t have their name. God bless you and thank you for your services."

"Went to the urgent care literally hobbling on one foot and in agonizing pain due to a leg injury. The woman who came to get me for a room was rude, showed no compassion and didn’t call me by my name, she just waved me over. I needed a boot, she watched me bend over in pain trying to get my sock off. I had an anklet on, not metal, and she said it needed to come off; I asked her to cut it off and she refused. So she put the boot on with the anklet on. I originally got wheeled in on a wheel chair, she watched me hobble out in a huge boot. This place is terrible, bad customer service, and I wonder her reasoning for being so uncompassionate???sad, my insurance will pay for a visit like this where literally nothing was done except being given a boot, humility not included."

"Ok, my last review was in June of 23.im writing a new one now! It's Saturday Nov 4 23. This urgent care and dr Julia Hankin. Are the only reason I'm writing this right now in real time. I came here very sick, . She got me into truesdayle clinic. She saved my life!"

"Walked right in and was seen. Everyone was friendly. Exam was thorough and detailed. Options of treatment were very clear and referrals for other doctors in the area was given as next steps. It was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Well done, Health Express Raynham! A gem."

"I've never been treated well here. I went for strept throat and the nurse was rude. My friend that I spent the weekend with had been scene that morning, tested positive, and was given antibiotics. When I went for same symptoms they refused to see me bc I had been there for strep 3 months prior. The nurse acted like I was trying to lie about my symptoms to get amoxicillin. I was in pain, miserable, fever, and pus throat. Finally she did the throat swab just to tell me it was negative and that she wouldn't give me the meds. She told me bc I'm an adult my body will cure it naturally even if it was strep... which I'm sure it was bc I've had it many times and never has it just "gone away". The other staff proceeded to tell me how horrible she is to patients while she checked with the actual doctor. 20 min later she came back with a prescription for amoxicillin but wouldn't give it to me before a 15 min long lecture about how if I ever return for strep again I will not be treated there or scene. 3 days later the lab they send swabs to told me my sample was positive for strep and that sometimes a false negative can occur at the office which is why staff should always treat the symptoms if strep is suspected. Fast forward 6 months, I get covid and tested positive at home. I stay inside for 2 weeks and overall wasn't to sick. After about 21 days I started feeling horrible, had a dry cough, and trouble breathing. Went here again to be checked for Pneumonia. They said they could only check for it with a chest xray but I couldn't come inside to do one bc I had covid 3 weeks ago, and had to go to the emergency room. I asked them to test me again in the off chance that I was now testing negative. After 20 min of begging and them telling me it was useless bc "obviously it will be positive " they tested me. It came back NEGATIVE but by this point they wasted so much time that they couldn't do the xray bc they were closing soon (1 hour). So the nurse listened to my chest through the window and told me I did infact have Pneumonia. Gave me the meds I needed and sent me on my way.. Place is a joke."
