"Called to see if they were accepting new patients and the woman on the phone said “Right now we are not accepting new patients.” And just abruptly hung up the phone before I could finish saying “okay, thank you”. Didn’t ask if I wanted to be put on a waiting list, didn’t care that she came off extremely rude. Not really the vibe you want to get from a place that’s supposed to help people when you’re not in a great place and looking for help."

I can’t say enough positive things about Colleen’s approach and her willingness to refer a child to the services they need to help them get their life on track and get the most out of life. "Been calling all day to get a refill on my meds and they haven't answered. Been calling since 12 and it's 3. Never go to this God forsaken place. They deserve to be closed down and lose their jobs. And this isn't the first time they've done this."

"4 months ago I called to become a patient here. They put me on a three month waiting list. Many months later I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called to get an estimate on when I’d come up on the list. The lady was rude and said she could not tell me where I was on the list or an estimate of how much longer I had to wait. She wouldn’t even look me up in the system. After the 4 month mark of waiting I called again. Come to find out they didn’t even put me on the waiting list and that they couldn’t even accept me as a new patient anyways because I see a therapist from another company and not theirs. She seemed to have no regard for the inconvenience and many months of waisted time they had caused me. Horrible customer service, I do not recommend this place, they are rude and unprofessional, it would be a total waste of your time."
