"would give 0 stars if i could. went for physical, which I am allowed on covered per year. charged me a 75 dollar copay, and then 3 months later charged me 75 dollars again because i have to pay one bill for the physician and one bill for the facility, and they each demand a copay. And everyone there acted as if I was inconveniencing them by being there."
