"This is by far the best office, the front desk is so nice, friendly, welcoming and inviting. My physical therapist Lucas is so awesome; I feel like my victories are ‘our’ victories ; the entire staff exceeds all my expectations!!!"
"The therapists and office staff are very pleasant and friendly. I think the approach might be outdated, however. There's a lot of emphasis here on modalities like ultrasound and heat. I was given a sheet of exercises to do at home, and some explanation of how to do them, but very little progression of exercises over time or checking to make sure I was doing them right. Eventually I went to a different PT who spent a lot of time helping me strengthen the muscles supporting my damaged joint and had better results."
"I have seen both Susan and Debra and they are amazing. Very professional and caring. They keep in good contact for continuity of care. It is not a cookie cutter approach. Carolyn, the office administrator, is a sweetheart and keeps the office running smoothly. It is such a pleasant experience, I will miss them when I am fully healed."
"Susan had been so helpful following injuries, and very accommodating regarding scheduling appointments."
"I was referred to Susan LaViolette by a bike racer friend - I figured anyone who could keep my friend riding year-round was bound to be good. And she's great!. Explained what she was doing, very thorough and professional - started with deep massage, then ultrasound and heat with stim. My sciatica is improving already. And she not only gave me a sheet of exercises and showed me how to do each one - she reviewed them at my next appointment and made sure I didn't have any questions about them. A FAR better experience than my last PT place."
