Blackstone Valley CHC Women's Health is a federally qualified Patient Centered Medical Home located at 42 Park Place in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Our health center offers a wide range of affordable services, including pediatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecological services, dental care, optometry, and behavioral health services. We are committed to providing culturally diverse care to our community, with the goal of offering high-quality, low-cost healthcare to all patients.

All patients and visitors are required to wear masks and will be screened upon check-in. We are currently accepting new primary care patients for all services, and our Express Health walk-in clinic in Central Falls offers same-day sick appointments for new patients. Income-eligible children under the age of 19 in Rhode Island can enroll in RIte Care (Medicaid) health insurance coverage, regardless of immigration status.

No appointment is required for Central Falls Express Health, and our annual board meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Shark Peruvian Cuisine & Event Center in Central Falls.
