"I was sent to the ER and after 7 1/2 hours they were just taking me in for labs. Staff was nice but that kind of wait time is inexcusable. Several other patients left before being seen after being there for hours. It would've been better if they did my EKG, x-rays and labs within the first couple hours and sent me home saying they'd call me and I could come back when they could have a room available if needed. A Dr did call and follow up the next morning which I appreciated but overall it was horrible. I was not happy some drunken idiot who took a bunch of drugs was taken in when people like me were waiting to be seen. Someone like that should have to sit on a curb until they can deal with him"
"I am in ground hogs day with their billing department. Even after I get both insurances on the phone to correct the record. They still some how in all their wisdom, submit these bills wrong. Here’s the crazy part. These are for labs. I’ve never been here, but having to argue with 3 different reps trying to tell me how I am wrong and getting only 1 who knew how to fix it still blows my mind. Even after I had both insurance reps on the phone telling the supervisor how they were wrong were they able to fix the problem. And I am still dealing with it. This is ground hogs day for me. So I am a family of five and now I have done this 6 times with them. I have never met a more incompetent billing office. And everytime it’s the same issue and I am arguing with them for the same problem that has the same solution and they continue to fight it until I get the insurance on the line in a 3 way call then they will listen or follow through. Here I go wasting another 2 hours dealing with this insanity when it should be a two second call with them."
