"This is the best medical office I have every been to! The staff are like family to me; they really care, especially Jill and Rona! Dr. Gronda is responsive, caring and a terrific diagnostician. He really knows and cares about his patients. I know he cares about me and my health and well-being. I cannot say enough good things about these professionals and the way the office is run. I am just glad Dr. Gronda is my physician and I hope I never have to change!"

"Really, they don't deserve any stars. This is a poorly run office. I am an easy patient, no medical issues, always paid on time and kept all scheduled appointments. I moved out of the area and have spent the last 4 weeks trying to transfer my medical records to a new doctor. It has been a nightmare. Lost paperwork, numerous phone calls to the office an every new call is treated as if it were the fist time I requested. The office does not document any communications, they cannot email, scan paperwork and when mailing paperwork to the office, it was received, then lost. Back to square one after 4 weeks. I am in disbelief that this is how they run a business. Another example of poor healthcare in the United States. I am embarrassed for them."
