"It seem like every time I call I have a terrible experience. From rude RA at the front desk. I’ve called and spoke with a nurse multiple times for my son asthma Rx to be refilled. Never sent to pharmacy when called back no order was made. Had a same day appt for allergic reaction for my son felt rush during visit. Was not provided referral information. Was told someone will call don’t know from what office or provider. St Peter’s Health Partners is way better due to my experience."

"I had an appointment in September as a new patient with Dr. Stetzer. So far the most important medical records have not been requested and no follow-up appointment. No info on needed vaccinations, flu, pneumonia or follow-up. I feel abandoned as a patient and will have to find a physician that is more interested in my health care."

"I’m a newer patient here and really like my doctor (McPhillips) They have been able to fit me in for sick appointments + reply quickly over the portal. There’s always a wait- but it’s not too long, and the garage parking in the winter is pretty great."

"Hopefully can save at least one person from wasting their time here and having their money taken from them with no treatment in return. It takes almost an hour to get on the phone with reception. The doctors are mentally checked out, they barely take notes, and seem to always be on vacation. When you get frustrated because you are experiencing chronic pain, the nurses/call staff act like its personal. Had a nurse ask me "Sir, I do not understand why you are getting frustrated with me." I wasn't, I was just trying to explain my situation to her, which is a very frustrating situation. But beyond all that, that is all the nurse gleamed from my explanation - a personal insult that wasn't even there. She then suggested I just go to the ER, which we both knew would be a waste of time because they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. I've not met one person here who even tries to act they care about helping patients. Do not waste your time here."

"5 stars I had no problem making my appointment. I received a message from the surgeon office regarding a referral from my Dr. I'm so glad they called and left a clear message with the name and number. I called back made the appointment and felt everything was handled properly with care and concern for my needs. I'll be seeing the Dr on Monday after having just received a confirmation text.
