Men's Wearhouse 260 Andover Street, Peabody, MA 01960

"This is my second time attempting to do business with Men's Warehouse and I'll never go back again. First time was with the location in Medford and yesterday afternoon was the location in Peabody. Where do I begin?! I walked in yesterday to purchase suits with my groomsmen for my wedding coming up in April. The associate took one look at us and judge us from the start. He profiled us from the beginning as I asked him a question on price differences between rental and purchase. His tone was unacceptable and did not make us feel welcome . Instead he showed me 3 suits that he said was all he had for us. Out of the hundreds I could see. This gentleman rushed us out the store to attend 1 person. I do not recommend this location at all. I wanted to advise corporate that me and my groomsmen ultimately spent $15000. On suits yesterday afternoon at a different business that could of been yours. Never judge a book by its cover."

"I came here to choose a suit for my wedding but had an unpleasant experience. I felt unwelcome, underappreciated, and rushed by an associate who was wearing AirPods and taking calls while I was trying to decide on my suit. I won't be returning to this store and wouldn't recommend it. I suggest visiting Giblee's just two minutes away, where you’ll be treated like a king."

"Got a decent suit at a great deal. The customer service was great. Without it, I'm not sure I would have walked away with anything that nice for that price."

"Have been in here a number of times over the past 4 years with my husband and have never been impressed - disinterested staff, lack of selection, etc. But today we worked with Tom and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable about style, fit, colors, seasons, and was budget-conscious. Thanks, Tom! We’ll be back and we’ll ask for you."

"I'll start with saying I came here in search of direction finding suits for me and my groomsmen for my wedding next year. I had gone into this location hoping to find some answers and start seeing what options were available (online orders, ability to have a custom suit made, color options material etc.) And was greeted with no form of help or interest from their employees. I cut my losses when the only advice given to me was "come back in April, we normally have more options then"? 6 months for a maybe and you don't even attempt to work with me? I would have been happy ordering online with some direction based off my wants. The purpose of searching this early was to give everyone including the franchise ample time to work with in ensuring everything was perfect but they couldn't be bothered to help in any professional manner even knowing that it was for a wedding. Disappointed and won't recommend"
