She knew my mother died from dementia and didn't push a sale knowing l was grieving loss of my mother.she is an ideal role model as to how a customer service person should treat a cust especially in a vulnerable way involving my mother's passing. After all that I said about her I feel she should be considered for a pay increase."

"Absolutely amazing experience, my father and I were shopping for cologne not sure of what to get and then in came Michelle, she was absolutely outstanding, helping us figure out what we needed while also giving us an amazing experience and getting the perfect fragrance for us. I told her what I was looking for and not even a few minutes later she came back with the exact scent, and I was amazed along with my father because we had never had anyone help us like that ever before.
