"5 stars to the great practice area, club technicians, and the women that work in apparel. Unfortunately there are 3-4 sales associates that make this a 1 star rating. Their knowledge of golf and personalities are below par. As a "PCP member" and a person that worked in the industry for many years they do not contribute to the goal of growing the game of golf."

"Great store with great employees. Everyone there is always attentive and helpful. Had an issue with a golf club, but Andy went above and beyond to help fix the issue."

"I received a gift card and some free range sessions for Christmas. I went to the store to do the range sessions. First time it was great, had no problems and someone in the back assisted me with how to use the equipment properly. The second time, one of the team members (he was at the front desk. Bald man who is grumpy every time I come in) gave me a hard time about using the coupons. I said look I'll just pay it's not a problem, he shook his head and said its fine and allowed me to play. The third time I booked a 10:30 time that was available online. This bald guy gave me a hard time and said "do me a favor and next time book at the top of the hour, it makes scheduling easier". I don't know what this guys problem is, I did it online. Maybe next time don't have that time available? Going forward I'm going to go somewhere else to use their simulator. I just don't need someone to give me a hard time every time I go into just hit some balls. This bald guy had a horrible attitude, works at the front desk, and just seems like he's angry at everything. probably not someone you should have at the front desk."

"This review is in regard to the Studio Fitting I had scheduled with Michael Francis @ the PGA Superstore in Peabody, MA! Being an avid golfer for years it was time to get fit and level up my game. Michael could not have made this process any easier or entertaining. Michael is truly a master of his craft and we were able to hit it off making you feel like you are the only guy in the store! Michael was not there to sell me the newest gear or anything I didn't need. He was able to fit me for a new driver shaft (hell of a deal) on top of concluding my AP3 Irons all needed to have the lie adjusted to standard as they had been tweaked by a previous owner! I will refer whoever is interested in a fitting HIS WAY! For any future club purchases he will be the one to fit the equipment."

"Very good collection. Staff didn’t help or greet. We were on our own. The shop is all things golf at reasonable prices."
