"I can’t thank Laura enough. It’s so hard to be a 13 year old girl, especially when you think you should look like all the girls on social media and TV shows, size 2, tiny crop tops ect. "Corporate return policy is garbage. Wasted 10 minutes getting them the order# so they could then tell me in addition to the receipt I needed the cc to get a refund without get store credit(neglected to tell me before when trying to avoid this trap). I have the receipt with the proof of purchase, AE has the credit card on file, and money goes back to the cc. I don’t walk away with cash. Why are you wasting people’s time for your corporate greed?"

"After asking multiple employees, and a customer serv rep on the phone I was told 4 times I could return some jeans. So I googled the policy, and made sure I had my receipt, the jeans, and my card. All the requirements, but the manager refused my return. Ive shopped here alot, this was my first return. If returns arent guaranteed with the requirements met, I dont know if I wanna take the risk of buying from AE anymore. . ."
