"We had a phenomenal experience today with Rick! We had an apt for my fiancés custom suit fitting for our wedding. When we got in there , Rick was running the store alone and it was busy. We had to wait a few minutes but the whole time he kept acknowledging us and being so polite so we did not mind! When we started working with him he was so particular (which I love since I have no idea about suits!) and helping us pick the perfect fit and details. We have been in there twice before to set up our groomsman’s and my father and worked with Michele who is also fantastic . We highly recommend based on customer service alone! And we are certain his suit is going to be great! We can’t wait to see it when it comes in!"

"I've been to many Jos A Banks and this was a very bad experience. Salesperson was so low energy and not helpful. Had to ask other sales people basic questions. When asked if I could pick up tailored pants at another location, my question was met with disdain. They told me not to use their tailor because they were backed up. Same person who "assisted" me didn't know how to add a coupon and told me it was only for online use. Manager came over and took care of it in 2 seconds since it was allowed for use in store. Do not recommend going to this location"
