"Terrible customer service my fiance and I walked in the store and the 1 person running the store did not greet and also gave dirty looks we did not feel welcome in the store. Not too long after another couple walks in the store fitting more of the store's vibe and she was welcomed and greeted and not ignored...staff needs some training on treating customer with common decency and respect we will not be returning to this establishment."

"Employees there need to have a diversity, equity and inclusion training. I took my daughter & her friend school shopping this weekend & they ended up purchasing a few outfits. But before that, all we got were looks and stares and not even a hello or if we could get help with anything. Not knowing I myself work at in retail (Luxury High End). So, I know what the employees were doing and insinuating to not just me but my teenage daughter & her friend. I am also sending an email to Corporate. Shame, I did like it there for my daughter, but not after that weekend."
