"Awful staff. Tried to get an exchange for something someone bought me because it didn’t fit, but got nothing but a hard time from some old blonde lady who was nothing but unhelpful and rude. Would rather go to any other store in that mall."

"Staffs are not friendly there. There were three people at the checkout counter, and only one of them is dealing with a customer in front of me. And one guy over the counter(at the side) was obviously not having things to do at that time. He saw me next in line and just stared at me and said nothing, did nothing, refused to take my order. So I have to wait for the other guy (the middle one) who was dealing with the customer to finish. I guess the staffs there have specific tastes of customers. Because when my order was finally being checked out, that guy who refused to take my order suddenly became functional again and starts to greet the customer behind me."
"Clothes are comfortable but a little bit pricey. They can provide cutting services for longer pants but didn't keep their promise on the shipping. I have purchased a pair of pants from a Lululemon outlet store but the pants are too long for me. I was told by the outlet staff that I could go to the Lululemon Retail Store to have my pants cut for free. I think this is really a great service. Since I visit Burlington mall pretty often, one day I went to this store and talked to the store staff to have my pants cut. I have marked the length ahead of time, so I don't need their help to mark it again. Since it takes a couple days to get the pants ready, the store staff told me that they could mail the pants to me free of charge. So I left my contact information (including my address and phone number) in their system. However, I didn't receive the pants after more than 2 weeks so I visited the store physically the next time I went to the mall. The staff was nice to help to get pants but they didn’t have a reason why the pants were not shipped."
