"Large men’s clothing store located in the Burlington Mall with both an outdoor and mall entrance. The core of their business is suits and business clothes but half of this store contains upper end casual clothes as well."

"A very sad experience today. My wife and I visited this location to look for suits and were completely blown off by one of the staff. After searching for a bit and waiting for some help, we started to politely ask one of the staff for assistance. Before my wife could even finish her "excuse me," she was abruptly cut off with a dismissive "I can't help you." And just like that, the staff continued to completely ignore our presence. I'm not one for negative reviews, and I completely understand having to triage customer requests, but that doesn't excuse disrespect. What minimal effort would it have taken to have been polite and simply acknowledge my wife with a courteous response, even if we would have to wait a while longer for help? Sincerely disappointed. The store has no doubt lost any potential business from us -- hopefully they can address this for the sake of other customers going forward."

"Made purchase through a wedding party and was so pleased with the suit. I looked stunning. Unfortunately I dropped it low for the crowd at the reception and my pants ripped. Brought them in today and they stitched it back up stronger then before in about 5 minutes. So fast and easy, Kerry , the tailors, and the whole team earned my kudos for sure. Appreciate it!"
