"Awful company, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deliver a flawed product, they charge to fix their mistakes, and they do not EVER admit that their products fail, which they do A LOT!!!! Ours never worked right, their customer service never got it to work right, they admitted that their computer is faulty, yet they still want to charge me to have someone make it right. “The warranty covers parts, but not labor” they say. This is a terrible company, with a sos-so product that doesn’t work if your power or Internet goes down. Do yourself a favor and buy a Tempurpedic mattress. Sleep Number is terrible"
