"Was totally humiliated by a customer service representative in the South Portland store when she decided to make derogatory remarks about my body!!! I'm not extremely large and couldn't imagine what she'd have said if I was!!! Have been a LB shopper for years but as of this month I no longer will shop there!!! ***Ok so update January 2024 went into store because friend wanted to pop in for something. So I went in against my better judgment and stayed to myself and looked around quickly and quietly. CHARLENE still works here!!! So i heard her talking about her breasts behind counter. Well, thats what she was making derogatory remarks on last review, MY BREAST! Who does that?!?! Decide to purchase 2 items and proceed to counter where a pleasant new girl rings up my order and applied my 2 coupons. The other woman behind counter rudely made the pleasant girl void transaction and redo! Well guess what!?!? It was right! The rude person behind counter I believe was manager and she never looked at me nor did she speak to me to explain why she made this poor representative do this! Run sweet representative, there are plenty of jobs out there!"

"I went into this store looking for a few tops and came out fitted for a bra. Charlene was amazing and did an excellent job. Charlene pretty much just helped women get sized the entire time I was there. I hope she is being compensated fairly because she is amazing at her job. She is increasing the chance that women are comfortable, look great and return to buy more products."

"Okay, maybe it was because of how clueless I must have looked just walking into the store to find some clothes for my 85 year old mother. But, I received assistance almost immediately, and they stuck with me for at least the next hour until we put together six or seven outfits, all a large and challenging size to find. They were great at finding and matching pieces with the colors I thought my mother would like. They made sure I had everything I would need to return anything that didn't fit or that my mother didn't like and threw in some generous coupons for future visits. And guess what: my mother liked everything, and everything fit her comfortably. Now, you know where to go to find outfits for your Mom."
