"Seven of us there for lunch, but it was not busy and the soups and croissants took a long time. Cobb salad came out without the egg, soup was not very hot and one of the meals ended up missing. The staff person seemed to be rather dismissive and said it was our error. If we wanted the last sandwich croissant, it would take them a while to get to. I regret leaving the 20% tip. The food was very disappointing and the staff were not very attentive. Hardly worth the expense and would not go back."
"Tres magnifique! Browsing the galleries and shops in historic Lenox we wandered into Patisserie for lunch. It is a delightful venue for a quick meal, to have some coffee or tea. And of course to enjoy their many breads, pastries, croissants, and desserts. Their soup of the day was a butternut apple bisque - a perfect antidote to the day’s chilly air. My spouse enjoyed their salmon. And we saved room for some really wonderful pastries There are plenty of teas, coffees and other beverages. Order at the counter and they bring you food to you when it is ready."
"Absolutely delicious! We have been to the cafe several times and decided that their delicious macaroons and chocolate chip cookies would be a great send-off to our wedding guests. They were very kind and were able to satisfy our order. All our guests were beyond happy with the surprise of the cookies at the end of the night and a yummy parting gift of rose water and pomegranate macaroons. They were beautiful and the colors also matched our wedding colors. Just lovely! Can't wait to go back!"
"First time there, cute little place. The pastries were out f this world delicious, fresh and different. I had the almond flour croissant and it was amazing, if they didn't tell me it was made with almond flour I would've never known. They also had beautiful cakes and sweets. Coffee wasn't great, tasted and looked like a coffee that was left out of the fridge for the ice to melt for a day before they served it to me. The people working there was cold and short with their answers, like they were in a hurry and we were a bother. I did not like the atmosphere, very uninviting, that made for a not so great experience, we drove 2 hours to try this place and were disappointed in general."
"Mediocre at best. This place seemed legit as it’s supposed to be French but what a let down. Probably one of the worst espresso macchiatos I’ve had. Instead of what it’s supposed to be, being a shot or two of espresso with a splash of milk and a dollop of foam, they gave me a small half filled latte. I got a breakfast sandwich and it was pretty unmemorable and tasted like something I could make at home, no interesting sauce or anything. The only thing that was decent was the almond croissant and it wasn’t even out. My mom got an apple and Brie sandwich and it didn’t even have we much Brie which is the whole point"
