"For me, it’s probably the best pizzeria around. It’s not your greasy and share a pizza place: it is high quality individual pizza with premium ingredients and cooked marvelously. I have been there 3 times so far, in small, medium, and large setting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I love their promotions, which makes us want to go even more. An enhancement? Put Frankie’s tiramisu on your menu ;) A great local restaurant."
"Flavorful pizza, friendly staff, and a great dinner option in downtown Lenox. We happened upon Pizzeria Boema when plans to go elsewhere fell through. Their cleverly placed outdoor heater caught our attention and drew us in - and we are happy our original plans did not pan out because our dinner and evening was much better than we anticipated. The decor is stylish, but not over done while the menu includes many traditional options as well as several creative combinations as well. We have the cheese garlic bread, which is really a mini pizza. Served with marinara sauce, the appetizer was a great place to start. We followed with a pepperoni pizza that is drizzled with a spicy honey - flavorful and not at all sweet- this hit all the right notes. Though busy, staff were attentive and did not seem stressed - even after children at the next table over spilled soda on the seat and floor. We loved the humorous letter in the wash room, which shows an appreciation for the local community. We do wonder why no insects have made it onto the menu though (read letter in the attached he’d photos). They do a large take out business as well."
"This was one incredible pizza shop! They serve Neapolitan pizza and they have a vegan menu with tons of great options. The pizzas are cooked in a brick over at high temps (900° is what we heard) so don’t be surprised if the pizza has a few charred spots. It’s normal and typical of the style. They’re about 12 inches in size and good as a full meal if you’re hungry. The restaurant itself is charming, well decorated, and clean. It’s not very big, but it still feels nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and pleasant with every interaction. It wasn’t very busy on a Sunday afternoon and our party was seated right away. Our food didn’t take long either, just about 15 minutes for our 4 pizzas. My wife and I split a salad and they kindly split it into two plates without us even asking and I appreciated that. The pear and Gorgonzola salad was refreshing and light , well dressed, and added a nice brightness before we dove into any pizza. We ordered both the Bianca and the Pepperoni they were absolutely heavenly. The dough and the sauce are the perfect compliment to the wonderful toppings. Both of the pizzas balanced sweet and savory flavors and all of the ingredients were fresh. This is better than any Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever had. Our friends had 2 of the vegan pizzas and gave similarly glowing reviews for the margherita and the tartufo. Making a beautiful pie like these is not easy and this place absolutely knocked it out of the park."
"Cool hip place in Lenox. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a big patio in the back with some games too. The pizza is good and three pizzas were too much for three people. I would recommend one pizza for a couple with a salad or side. We got the margarita pizza, which was very good, the allium, also good, and the pizza of the day, a meatlovera pizza which was a little salty. The crust was good but the pizza was a little soft in the center. The wait staff was excellent although it was odd that there were 8-9 wait staff hanging around an almost pty restaurant. Complementary to the food and vide was a great music playlist."
"We hired Boema for a welcome party for our wedding and Morgan and the team were just outstanding. The food is phenomenal and they are so accommodating. I passed off fruit and she whipped up my dream sweet little center pieces. My aunts threw a happy hour the day before at Frankie’s, also with Morgan’s help, and her hospitality is unmatched. Thank you for everything!"
