"This pharmacy has no concept of customer service. I went to get my wife's meds the girl types her name in and says nothing. I ask again because she looked as if she didn't care. My wife was upset and walked back with me to the pharmacy. A young man there found it right away and I asked the original girl how he found it but she couldn't. She started making all these excuses with an attitude and my wife asked her name she wouldn't give it. Meanwhile the heavy manager everyone hates is sitting there not intervening at all. It's unbelievable this place. I have already called my state rep and told her about all the problems we have in this community with CVS pharmacy"

She was the sweetest and most professional cashier at all times, from the welcome to the store to the end of the transaction. I would return to this store, just for the pleasant and professional treatment of this young woman. Excellent customer service!"
