"I go here every week to do my shopping and in the evening time there's two gentlemen that work in the deli The gentleman with the salt and pepper hair basically didn't want to cut my cheese that I wanted and tried directing me to the pre-cut stuff they sell and it wasn't sliced to the thickness I prefer so the following week I order from him again and the slicer was coated in all different types of cheese.I understand they are slicing quantity for the prepackaged sales but I want white American cheese not yellow American mixed with provolone mixed with something else and something else on top of that this is not the first time I've seen their cheese slicer dirty. Plus he kind of had an attitude when I asked for my stuff to be cut thin. Management needs to look into this deli department at night It's like they get upset when you want them to do their job"

"The woman at self check out this morning was very rude and it felt like she was only watching me so closely because of my race. At self check out she wasn’t there and then saw me and ran all the way over after having a conversation with one of the cashiers and proceeded to stand behind me and watch me scan every item especially while I was putting in my card info which felt very uncomfortable and concerning. Do better"

"This place never has any employees around for customer support, and the lines are really absurdly long at 5pm. Don't make me wait to give you money."

"For some reason they haven't had shopping baskets available every time I go in lately. Also the pin pads at self-checkouts really need to be cleaned. The construction is definitely affecting the quality of this Stop & Shop overall"
