"The customer service desk is terrible, unfriendly, and shows no courtesy toward customers' requests for help, including the store manager. Lately, the service and quality have worsened, and a decline in services is observed. I bought a few items past the expiration date, so now I check the dates for all food items. Custom-made sushi is no longer available as it used to be. Additionally, tasty made-to-order sandwiches are gone, and the new menu is not the same."
"Came in at 7:15pm. Asked to order a whole pizza. Was told they were closed for orders. Asked what time they close for orders and he said sometime between 7 and 7:30?? We said it’s 7:15pm. Said he couldn’t help us. Clearly just didn’t want to make a pizza. Store should be clearer on what actual hours are."
