"This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have been to in the Boston area… you can expect to wait for 10 minutes until a pharmacist yells at you “will be right there”. Then another 10 minutes they will ask what you need. For a vaccination appt you can wait for another 10 minutes. Just very inefficient. All this time you are the only customer… it is all very strange. They do look very busy to be fair. Probably for remote orders."

"Yellow sale tag says General Mills cereal 8.9oz - 12oz on sale 3 for 6$ but if you pick the 12oz box they charge you 7.99$ each. They run this scam often. First time the manager was nice and charged me the sale price. Today a different manager said I was wrong even after other customers and employees said I was correct he absolutely refused to acknowledge the part of the sign that said 12 oz. He was extremely rude and just kept telling me I was wrong and I don’t understand and when I got upset, he said it would be different if we take it out in the parking lot which I would’ve done but he didn’t seem to be up for it."

"By far the worst pharmacy i have ever experienced. Staff is unprofessional, they roll their eyes and suck their teeth and treat customers like they are an inconvenience when picking up their prescriptions."

"The worst pharmacy. Sign said they were closed for lunch. And then when I came back pharmacist said they actually closed early since it's the day before a holiday. Our doctor had already sent the prescription there since it didn't say they Actually closed early. Result was twelve hours of scrambling to get prescription."
