"I worked for this company for 2 and a half years and the only reason I stayed was because I thought things could change for the better but, customer service is horrible because everyone is being tossed in without training and no one knows what they are doing and on top of that self service is great in some situations but that's why this 'bank' yes I said it has so much fraud. And this is no longer a credit union!!! They don't treat they're people like members they treat they like customers... Might as well be another BANK with all the hiring that's being done out of state. I am going to have to take my service elsewhere where the agents actually care!"
