"NRG Tree has made the effort to communicate during the months long process to instal solar panels on our vintage, cozy home. They were upfront about the length of time it would take and have provided updates on the project’s progress both as we hit mile stones and when prompted between mile stones. We started the process with a quote in January and it is September; the panels have been up since June however there are steps involving the town and power company that took/are taking a little longer. We hope to have the panels live soon. If I had another house to add Solar to, I would use them again."
