"I had bad experience with their staff. Website states Sharlene Wulleman is the agent, but you get connected with random guy who identifies himself as John, James and Andrew and claims to be manager. Even if he is manager or not, he demonstrated condescending tone and unable to clearly answer the 15% charges that was posted on my account for changing state insurance. I inquired multiple times to share documentation of this extra charge, but he was unable to provide."

"Moving from New Hampshire to Mass, and other agents I called to transfer my policy to told me it was impossible before my policy renewed. This would have left me with a month and a half without a legal vehicle. Contrary to that, Sharlene told me it was very much possible and walked me through the process as well as provided info on registering my vehicle to someone who was not familiar with the process. When other agents said it was impossible, Sharlene was able to get it done and is extremely pleasant to speak with. Sharlene turned a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Be like Sharlene. Allstate needs more people like her."
