Convenient and they also got me an affordable plan which was nice. ***Edit They signed me up for 2 policies without my knowledge. I called them to cancel it. I got another cancellation notice 2 weeks later and when I tried to call and verify all the information to make sure it's actually cancelled the girl was extremely rude and hung up on me."

"Sometimes they can leave you waiting for days just to hear back from them, or if you're on hold they'll hang up after 15min. Their prices are pretty high up when getting a policy and sometimes you won't get a confirmation letter or anything pertaining to your policy. It's been a month and I have no idea what they put my policy under and what the policy information is. They never pick up the phones either. At times they can be unprofessional. They need to hire better Reps than what they have now."
