"It was easy to schedule a pickup for my Amazon packages I needed to return. My first approach was a UPS access point location near me which happened to be an auto parts store. Upon arriving I was told that I needed to provide my own return label. I was under the assumption that I could show them my verification return email and the label could be printed. They kindly informed me they do not print labels . So I got on the phone with UPS and spoke with a lovely assistant who was so kind and guided me straight to the proper location. Unfortunately my battery went dead. So I decided to go back home and try again tomorrow. After that I had to look into the situation of my account and discovered that I could schedule a pickup. It didn't cost me anything because Amazon had it covered which is truly appreciated. Returns made easy are a true blessing in life. It's a little thing to us but someone absorbs the cost . I made a few sizing errors. Everyone involved with my experience was positive and helpful. Especially the kindest person when I needed directions..☺️ Stayed with me getting there. A UPS call assistant.❤️"
