"Did like this place til I waited 25 mins past my pick up time watching others who had ordered after me get their food. When I brought it up they said other people were getting cold subs. Little did they know my friend was one of those people and was eating a hot sub. I canceled and left. Won’t be going back."

"(pls see my edit at the bottom:)I love jersey mikes. the chipotle philly cheesesteak is my absolute favorite thing to eat. However im so so absolutely upset ab the service rn. I just got out of a surgery and called 15 minutes before y’all closed. i explained that i knew it was close but i haven’t eaten in 24 hours and the only thing i’ve been craving was that cheesesteak. the man was very short with me and honestly kinda rude even tho you could literally hear the tears in my voice. he refused to even entertain the thought of just making one more sandwich for me and then i started crying cuz he was rude and hung tf up on him. i get it was close to closing time but as someone who works in customer service and has a heart i would have made that sandwich so fast. i’m so disappointed and sad and i would boycott if i didn’t love that sandwich. maybe i’ll just go to a different place me from now on cuz this location clearly lacks a soul. EDIT: it’s a few months later and i just ordered the same chipotle philly online, i made sure to add a comment sayin “pls pls no peppers i will cry” and when my bf picked it up they gave me a little note and some free chips i take back every mean thing i’ve ever said this location clearly has a heart MWA MWA made my day:)"
