"Our driver Jean Paul got the bus stuck under a bridge after ignoring multiple warning signs. I have mixed feelings as while it was moderately terrifying it was also a lifelong memory in getting into see the state police shut down a busy road so he could back the bus out in shame."

"We rode with this company on a tour that was booked by others. The motor coach was pretty disgusting. The upholstery was tattered , the coach had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The suspension was pretty worn out, so that every bump was transferred into the passengers bum. Avoid using this company"

"I left my wallet on one of their charter buses. I didn't know the name of the service or have anyone to contact, but less than 2 hours later they were able to contact me and let me know that they had the wallet in a safe at their office. The next day, Super Bowl Sunday (go Pats), a guy met me at their office to give me the wallet back. Very thankful for this!"
