"Truck driver here: I was looking at the reviews a day before picking up a load from this place and I was preparing my self to spend my whole day there, but I was wrong. Another truck driver talked about how is impossible to back in from the streets, and how you can’t turn around if you have a sleeper truck. Arrived at 2PM drove into the parking lot and no problem at all turning around. Backed in super easy. I told one of the guys I was going to walk nearby to get food & they offered me pizza. Good people, also they loaded me in a timely manner."

"Pioneer confirmed a delivery for today between 12pm and 5pm (by email and text message). I also called to confirm. I took off of work to be here and the delivery never came. Called in, waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told that the package never even went on the truck. I thought they might say first thing tomorrow but no...they'll get it here when they can. Totally unacceptable."

"One of your trucks I am located in Medford mass. Your truck just almost knocked over a light post in Memphis Square because he was so in a hurry to get donuts. What a difference."

"Impossible to back up from the street. Always traffic day or night no one will stop for u to back in. If u drive a sleeper not enough to make a turn in their yard. Pray that you get in some how. Avoid this place period"

"Can confirm, it is a terrible place. They took about 7 hours+ to unload my driver. They weren't rude or anything, they are just slow. Not sure if it's the manpower or what but you should avoid this place, it's not driver-friendly place"
