"called for a pick up at Union Station taxi stand. was told to walk to main entrance on the other side of station. Explained i had a prosthetic leg and walking back would be tough i was told they couldn't help me. Unsure why their taxis can't pick up at taxi stand? will never use them ever and will never recommend. Hate that I even had to give 1 star"
