"If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a cab out in Wellesley mass. After waiting 1 hour patiently after being told 12 mins. I called and asked hey where is my cab? And they told me he was there at main st in Worcester ma. I called back the company and asked what happened they were rude to me as it was my fault and just said well we don’t know what happened and hung up in my face. After I called back multiple times! Trying to get them to help me with sending another cab at least! they even wouldn’t answer me back. Worst cab service please reconsider. I beg of you. Literally trying to save you your peace time and energy these people are the lowest of the lowest. (The pic is me in an Uber which took 7 mins to come and actually did! They did not lie or make a mistake! Sticking with Uber from now on. (I hope I could save somebody’s day)"
