They could be making so much more money without the negativity he brings to the company. He seems miserable in his personal life and brings it to work with him. And the cab drivers are nosey and always asking personal questions about why u going to this and that location and asking questions like if u have a boyfriend and take note to who and where u visit. mostly the African men"

"I called and asked very politely for pricing or a ride and the lack of manners of the dispatcher and hanging the phone while I was still talking without me being disrespectful while I was saying thanks for the information!!!! Horrible!!!! And theese are one of the reasons people prefer UBER!! It's not only cheaper is the customer service it's better too. At least if you guys are more expensive at least be nice!!"
