"Overall very poorly managed company with inconsistent pricing. The company started off with $7 anywhere within Worcester, $10 long distance, which may have been a promotional period, then went up to $10 within Worcester, $12 long distance. Since then the prices have been inconsistent in terms what is considered long distance, prices on multiple trips within one, and traffic and snow prices. Some drivers will even try to rip you off if they believe you don’t know how their prices usually work. Used this cab service for close to a year despite the fact that I probably should’ve stopped using it a long time ago, but I definitely won’t be using it the anymore after my last experience with the owner of the company backing up his drivers’ attempt to rip me off."

"first off they answer as spanish cab & they’re not spanish, secondly they say it’s 8 dollars but they make you pay 10. Last night I took them and the driver said because im the last customer I don’t have to worry about pay but then another customer called , the passenger guy told me to pay then wanted to keep running his mouth when I was asking for the price. Smh they lucky I even paid."

"I called one time told them I'd be on the side where taxi pick up ppl at union station I waited n they never came after 24 min a yellow cab pulled up n I took that.. I'd called bak but my phone died. I took a second time cuz wanted to give fair shoot n they arrived in ten min the guy spoke English and got me to union station quickly the price was rather cheep I thought 7 bucks (mind u i paid 9.25 the week before from union station to get home when they didnt show up the first time) from Cambridge to union station it was s fine trip. Just wish I could smoke cigarettes In the cab but I understand there reasons why u can't. Above all a good trip would recommed based on the second trip. Guess I'll have to try a third time to see how consistent it really is."
