"My name is Edilson Rosa, I live in Taunton MA, on October 14, 2023 I suffered a serious accident at work, I had an open fracture in my left leg, after 2 surgeries and recovering I decided to look for a lawyer who could help me with insurance, I looked for a lawyer, I was assisted by 2 assistants who listened to me over the phone and asked for all the information about the accident and the insurance company, they gave me a lot of hope that it would be simple and easy for us to win the case and receive financial help from the insurance, they sent me a contract by email which I signed and returned to them, 1 week later I received a call from the office saying that they could no longer continue with the process and that I would not be entitled to financial assistance from the insurance.
