"I agree with many reviews in this tread, the representative is rude and unhelpful, he is not happy to see any customer and once even said something nasty to me when helping. But it seems that UPS doesn't care. If he assaults me or my family one more time, there will be a problem. You can not treat people like that."
"Probably the worst UPS store available, the most trashy customer service. The representatives are not helpful at all and instead of helping you find a solution, would make sure to push you into more hindrances. Hoping UPS takes notice and get some better employees there"
"I sent a package with 2 iPhone 14 pro max phones a week ago when I realized that the shipment was not progressing on the tracking page, I made the decision to go personally to verify the reason why my package had not been sent. one of the worst experiences of my life, my package was never sent and the company tells me my package was valued at 100 dollars, it is completely crazy to feel all this helplessness and pain when being a victim of a scam made by a company. as big as oops"
"Went in to return an Amazon package today 8/29. Guy at the counter immediately dismissed me and said "well YOU can use the self-service return"... which isn't even visible when you walk in. He wasn't actively doing anything, but clearly just didn't want to help me with my return (even thought that's his job), and instead gave me a sarcastic remark about "if you want me to show you how to do it just let me know". Wow. I've never been treated so incredibly rudely at a UPS store before. It's fine to use the self-service returns, but the employees need to stop being so rude. Especially when they're just standing there, not really doing anything. I won't forget the face of the kid working there who treated me like that. What a sad guy."
"Trying to return an article using the retailer's system for returns, which runs through UPS. In order to print a shipping label on site at this UPS, this store charges you for the "computer time" you need to print the label yourself at the corner desktop computer, and for the pages you use. Not sure why they can't use their laser gun to scan my electronic return label and instantly print out a 4"x4'' square of black and white paper. Wasted my trip to this location."
