"Horrible experience. Needed to ship a package on a Saturday. The line was out the door and the guy behind the counter was nowhere to be found for a good ten minutes. When he finally came out, he took his sweet time and seemed to be handling his daily store duties between each customer. After a half an hour of being there and only moving up two people, I went to the post office down the street. It’s right after the holidays so I understand it being busy, but the employee should have been hustling. I guess this is just the case nowadays - can’t get anyone to care about their work."

"I’ve noticed that this store always has a long line whenever I visit, and there’s usually just one person at the counter. Probably pretty stressful for people who work there to see there is always a long line. I don’t think the guy working there is intentionally rude; it seems like he’s focused on getting the job done with minimal social interactions, or the need of being nice or extra nice."

"Owner refuses to scan in Mobile codes for shipping, and then wants to charge over $2 to print labels. It is better to go an extra 30 miles north to the UPS store there. Not worth dealing with the rude behavior and blatant disrespect."

"I would give zero stars if it were a option. There full time employee is a absolute jerk. He constantly sends me to staples. The owner refuses to fix his printer so customers are unable to print labels. I moved here three years ago and it's been the same story the entire time. I absolutely recommend taking the time to go somewhere else. The store never has any staff and the one employee is horribly rude. Not to mention the owner won't fix the printer because it's cheaper for him not to"

"Paul is miserable, always has been and probably always will be. I don't know how he has a job still. It seems lately he has extra phoned it in, now just telling people who he does not want to put any effort into to go to Staples instead. The store is great any time anyone else is working, but it is not worth the risk. I have seen people leave the store nearly in tears after dealing with him."
