The FedEx Drop Box located at 21b Pray Street in Amherst, Massachusetts, United States offers 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop box accepts a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with a FedEx label of your own. Package sizes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location. Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with extended drop-off times available at many locations and Saturday pickup options at select sites.
