"HORRIBLE - they will spell your name wrong, then tell you they cant look up the bill with out the accession number but if there are multiple bills you will need multiple accession numbers which is fine except they will reprocess your bill and send you straight to collections? DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. They also cant search by your name so basically youre just out of luck."
