"I came in as a walk-in at 6pm with a cut from a cooking accident and was seen around 7pm. The waiting room was nice and clean with good internet service. Wanda and the young gentleman who was the PA both had great bedside manner and were very efficient."

"First time for me. Was very impressed. After MGB Newton Urgent Care closed early without updating the info and turned me away, implying that it is my bad luck that I had to come all the way and find out that they are closing early. CareWell was refreshingly patient centered. Bravo!!!"

"I had a specific concern about my symptoms. The PA heard what I had to say and gave me good suggestions. I am confident that she diagnosed me correctly. My only problem was with the phone sign-in. The system kept kicking me out, and I had to sign in using paper forms. This meant that I had to re-write information that I knew was already stored on their computer from previous visits."

"WORST EXPERIENCE HERE! they were supposed to open at 8am i got there 8:02am and no one was there. The door was closed so i was confused then i called the phones, apparently people are inside but they wont see u until front desk shows up. THE woman that PICKED up the phone JESS she was so rude HER TONE GAVE (am annoyed) I FELT EMBARRASSED. it not my fault i have an emergency and i am at the front door at the time the office was supposed to be open gosh wish i never drove here, never again! if u wanna waste ur time come here but don't say i didn’t warn you! the service is subpar at best……"

My issues were diagnosed appropriately. Now I am better and plan on visiting CareWell again rather a crazy ER or putting off treatment to my detriment. Thank you for your care. ."
