"Once you get in too see a doctor they are pretty good but its hard to get an appointment (especially with my PCP who I havent seen directly in years). Front desk doesnt answer the phones nor return messages same day so sick appointments are going to be waiting a day or two at least."

"This office charged me for two visits when I had my routine physical. When I called and asked the office to rectify the mistake, they continued to insist that the billing was valid because my doctor asked me about how my knee was doing from an inury 2 years ago. I said my knee is fine and we moved on to the rest of my physical, in total it took maybe 30 seconds. After 4 months going back and forth in the mobile app asking someone to properly review the visit, I received delayed responses repeating the same thing that the charge was valid because preventative care doesn't cover talking about my knee. I then waited on hold for hours having to call 3 different offices who "handle the billing" because nobody I would talk to or was forwarded to "had the ability to change it" and would forward me to someone else. When I finally got a hold of someone and explained my situation, they said they'd get back to me and never did. This office is charging customers for care that never occurred and it's sad that this is the only way I feel I can get the office to respond to me. I will no longer be using this office for my routine physicals or medical care, I've lost all trust that I won't have surprise charges because my doctor asked me a question and I answered."
