She was the pinnacle of professionalism, punctuality and no-nonsense communication. We especially appreciated her advice as I navigated the immigrant’s journey of obtaining a US license and registration. She also helped to facilitate a title/ registration transfer from a family owned vehicle, saving us on fees and taxes, which we didn’t even know was a thing.
