"Extremely poor quality installation and made no effort to fix the situation. They even left a huge pile of garbage for me to clean up and pay to dispose of construction debris. Over all don’t waste your money here. Was told I would receive their best tile installer, well he subbed out the job to someone else and only showed up on the job site 2x."

"They came to my home a few years back with 3 carpets all were cut WRONG. They installed 2 in a hurry ( because they over booked & were getting calls asking why they weren't at the next location yet) and they looked like a mess. When the kid asked what I thought of the first 2 carpets I told him & he threw a childish fit . He took the last carpet & left without finishing the job. All my furniture was left out in my livingroom ( 3 bedrooms of it ) & when I called the company to complain to owner I was treated rudely & hung up on . The owner claimed that I pushed the kid.. I'm an old lady & I stand about 5 foot high. This kid was OVER 6 feet tall. And I never even raised my voice at him. In fact I never even asked why he was LATE getting to my house or why he showed up with one person ( a new guy) when there were supposed to be 3 ppl there ."

"I contacted Kelly’s flooring to take up my wide pine floors and install maple plank flooring Tom was very responsive and provided an estimate which I approved The team that came to do the work were extremely professional and did a top notch job with the installation. They arrived on time each day, got to work immediately and left my home clean after each day of the job. I was very pleased, and felt they showed great respect to me and my home"

"While a local big box store seemed to be less than responsive, we decided to give KB Kelly's Flooring a call, and spoke with Tiffany. She was very helpful. My wife and I stopped by on a Wednesday around 4:45, picked out our carpet, and the installation was completed Friday morning. From start to finish it was less than 48 hours. From the start of our experience with Tiffany, to the installation crew, this was a great experience"
