"I went in for a fill and 5 days later three nails had acrylic chunks pop off leaving just my natural nail beneath. I went in to explain the situation and have them fixed. The staff said they remembered me and acknowledged that my nails shouldn’t have broken like that so soon. As we were trying to find the right color and I identified something I thought might be it. The staff person snapped at me and said “stop, just let me do it!” She fixed my nails and they were a slightly different shape than the others, but I figured no big deal they are in a rush and my nails still look better than being left chipped/broken off. I wrongly assumed they would be fixing them for free since it had only been 5 days, but they charged me $15 to fix pieces of 3 nails. Between the quality of the work and customer service I do not plan to return."

"This was my first time getting acrylics so I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought my nails would look fine once they were finished. Wrong. They're crooked, sticking upwards, thin, they're clumpy, polish was on my fingers, uneven, I could go on but simply put they look like s**t. The service was poo as well, I felt very uncomfortable the entire time I was in the salon. The people weren't necessarily rude but they made me feel icky. I had my nails redone yesterday at Lily's nails in Saco, my nails look amazing and the service was so much better. Look into where you're going friends! And for reference the last two pictures were right after I got my nails done, the other three were taken a week after."
